From booking to final delivery, here's how we make your experience smooth, creative and fully supported.
Plan Your Session
After you book, our team will contact you to confirm your recording needs, discuss any add-ons and answer your questions. A studio tour can also be arranged.
Shape Your Studio Look
Choose from our suggested Studio Looks or work with us to adapt selected furniture, décor, backgrounds and lighting to suit your content. If you need guidance, our team will help you bring the scene together.
Arrive & Get Ready
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled recording time. Settle in, prepare and complete the final sound, camera and lighting checks with our team.
Step In & Create
Bring your voice, ideas and energy. We'll take care of the technical side so you can focus on creating content that feels like you.
Relax, Reset & Connect
Use our creative hangout space before or after your session to prepare, relax, brainstorm your next idea or connect with the people around THE POD.
Receive Your Content
Your files will be delivered according to your selected Package, from raw footage or a live-edited recording to reels and other ready-to-use content. Additional editing can also be arranged.
Please note: All bookings have a two-hour minimum. Delivery timelines depend on your selected Package and any additional editing. The Studio Policy must be reviewed and accepted before you submit your booking request.
Key Booking Terms
Please review the key terms below. The full Studio Policy applies to every booking and must be accepted before you submit your booking request.
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before recording begins on the session day.
Session Timing & Extensions
All bookings have a two-hour minimum and reserve a fixed period of studio time. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled finish time. Additional time may be approved and charged at the applicable rate if the studio and team remain available.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule once free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. A fee equal to 25% of the booking value applies to later rescheduling requests. Cancellation fees depend on how much notice is given. Please see the full Studio Policy for details.
Files & Delivery
Your booking confirmation defines the files, deliverables and delivery schedule included in your Package. Delivered source and project files are retained for 14 calendar days from the date the download link is issued. Please download the files and create your own backups before the retention period ends.
